I bought this bike used and completely stock so far no problems. I had this bike for roughly 4 months. I love the power and handling. It has enough power to jump the bigger jumps in a lower gear. I crashed countless times and so far nothing mechanically or visually has been distorted. I recommend this bike to any experienced rider.

this bike is great for a new 125 youth rider, because it's power is as responsive as the other bikes and the suspension is great I've jumped up to 20 feet in the air on mine and its never bottomed out on me , its just a great long lasting bike.

Two the person with twisted fork`s.When you bought the bike,it caught your eye and looked very good did`ent it, Good enough to spend 5,000.00 dollars for was`ent it. It`s obvious that when the bike was new there was`ent anything wrong with it,or you surley would have noticed it, you would have had to.It`s called bike maintinance.Don`t nock Honda for something that was your fought,It`s called keeping your bolt`s tight. And another thing,Honda`s fit and finesh are far more supiorer than the other bikes. They just try two keep up with Honda`s fit and finesh. jerry,

I consider myself an average sized guy, 6' 1", 190 lbs. I roadrace motorcycles as a hobby, mostly endurance racing. But I'd love to get my hands on one of these little toys. If anyone ever has several thousand dollars they just can't stand to be around anymore, I'll gladly take it off their hands to buy one of these beauties. Of course, the CR250 would probably be a better choice, but beggars can't be choosers. Enjoy the one you have, while the rest of us sit on the sidelines and drool. Rob

Appearance: This machine is not lacking on presence. It is an engineering masterpiece that is a showcase of the quality and expertise of the Honda engineers. Detailing: The small stuff really impressed me before I had a chance to ride this machine (I couldn't wait). For example, the plastic is well laid out not only allowing the all aluminum frame to be admired but also allowing the rider to maneuver without restriction. The triple clamp is the first thing I noticed when I sat on the bike, with a finish that can be compared to that of a formula one-race car. The bars are high, allowing the rider to keep his or her elbows in a comfortable high position, while sitting or standing. This is not because of the bars, but the high stance of the triple clamp. The engine is not painted, allowing the quality castings to be seen. The brushed finish on the clutch cover is a nice touch as well. The ride: The first thing I did was, change the handlebars. The stock bars would not hold up to the intense abuse of today's motorcross tracks. The first few hours I putted around allowing the rings to seat and get a feel for the bike. The strong bottom end and the explosive mid range power this bike has immediately shocked me. Once I had enough time on the motor to hammer down I was again blown away by the smooth power band that peaks with authority and winds longer than other 125's that I have ridden. I like the 5-speed gearbox and the gearing. I was able to jump some rather large doubles in a much lower gear than normal. The power plant is smooth and can't be felt in the bars other than the strong pull. I had a slight bit of leakage around the pipe joints and the silencer is tucked to far behind the right number plate allowing unburned oil splatter to get on the inside of the plastic. This makes it tough to clean. Suspension: Once I set the ride height, I hit the track. Starting with little stuff first at slow and then at moderate speeds. I was immediately impressed with how comfortable this bike made me feel. Honda has found a perfect balance between the front and the rear suspension allowing the average rider to dial the bike in with little effort and ride with confidence. The big stuff was soaked up so well that soon I was up to top speeds. The faster I went, the better the bike felt. I am not saying it made me a better rider, it just allowed me handle any thing the track had to offer without feeling any loss of control. The big jumps were uneventful and the suspension soaked them up with little effort. Overall: I recommend this bike to any one who is looking for a quality machine that is competitive right off the show room floor.
