I've had this scoot on the road for over a year now, and have had no complaints, other than some parts being hard to source, and the fact that the highbeam will drain the battery (ok, that is a big issue, I'll admit). It performs well in the city and on country roads, and feels very planted at speed. Compared to the vespa LX150, it's definitely not as flickable, but feels much more solid, and the pick up is much faster, as is the top speed. The low seat height makes it good for shorter riders, and the styling never ceases to get comments. I have taken it on long journeys, such as Toronto to Ottawa without incident, and have ridden it in a 24 hour endurance rally with no problems. I spilled at 80kph and dammage was minimal (foutunately to myself as well as the bike), and was able to repair it myself well enough to ride in the aforementioned rally the next mroning. Overall, it has proven a very solid bike, and I am very happy with it.

I bought this bike new in April of '05. As you can see, it doesn't rest too much. This bike gets very regular, very thorough maintenance. It has never let me down. Only 1 minor issue; the water pump developed a small leak. I even continued to ride it while the parts came in. I once rode it 230 miles just for lunch and then back home. That particular day it was between 105 degrees and 114 degrees. The big 'Beo never broke a sweat. It fared much better than I did. This bike needs nothing right out of the box to take you anywhere you want to go. Lots of storage with the optional panniers. This bike is comfortable and stable at speeds of 75-80 mph for as long as you want to ride it.

I've only had the Mojito 150 for 3 months now and it's the first scooter I've owned. It was a choice between the Vespa or the Aprilia, I initially thought I wanted the Aprilia because it meant not looking the same as every other scooter rider out there. The Aprilia looks so much meatier and distinctive than anything in the Vespa range and the ride is so much nicer. The handlebars on the Aprilia make all the difference and make for a more comfortable riding stlye. The other bonus is my legs fit nicely into the space provided on the Aprilia whereas the Vespa, when turning, felt uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend this scooter to anyone.

Until something better comes along I won't consider selling it.

I put full pipes and chip on her and she flies, stiffen up the suspension and she flat cooks in the canyons. I chased and blew by a 999 with full bags, camping gear and pillon. The guy couldn't believe it! Jack up the rear preload and the stand doesn't drag. All day comfort, realibility, and PHENOMENAL handling! I have a K5 gixxer 1000 and my RST is just as good in the canyons. A fantastic bike!

This scooter has been a blast. It outstyles almost all other currently manufactured scooters. After 3000 miles, it has been completely reliable. I use it to commute in style. It has enough power to maneuver in town. Highway riding has the engine maxed out, but it can run at max all day if you want to. It accelerates well and quickly reaches 50 mph. On flat ground it will creep up to 60-65. Downhill it will reach 75 and remain stable. Braking is great for a scooter. Handle is surprising agile and stable.

Man, What a bike! I saw it in the shop while buying a new clutch lever for my Triumph Sprint, sat on it and bought it before I even started it up. I kept the Triumph just in case I found it wasn't what I wanted - fat chance! I put Avon Viper Sport tires on it (with Nitro)and that made so much difference in the handling - incredible difference! I took that funny looking plastic number plate thing of the back and screwed the plate into the bottom of the mufflers (has twin Staintunes). Speaking of mufflers, the Staintunes look awseome, but were still quiet, so I had new header pipes made and took the catalytic converter off. I could not believe the difference in power (feels like another 15-20 horsepower), dropped the weight by 12 kilos, sounds magnificent (very loud). I have done 22,000 kilometres in 6 months. The centre stand is a hinderence in corners - I have got an angle grinder onto it but it still hits way too easily on both sides. I LOVE IT!
