The CRF 100 is an awesome bike for beginners. I have had mine for 2 years. I started on ATV's when I was 4. I raced a 2 stroke 50cc. I decided to move to dirt bikes. I'm glad I did. The CRF 100 was the perfect bike to start on. It does need more power and good suspension. Well, Honda should have just put the CRF 100 motor in a CR 85 frame. that's what I think. I'm moving up to a CR 85 expert soon.

Wow this bike can haul! Once you hit the power band you will be on your back. It can do about 75 mph or 80 mph in full gear and on a straight away, and you can leave anyone in the dust. It's a good bike for someone about 5'2"....

I'm 15 and I am soon going to upgrade to a 2005 KX100 2 stroke. This bike is fine for the smaller riders. I put a full pro-circuit system on it and boy does the bike bark. This bike is getting too small for me because I can bottom out the rear suspension. The rear shock just sucks for 154 lb riders, but the f...

This bike is sweet. The graphics are nice, the power is great, the suspension is good, and it's perfect for drag racing. I keep up with my friend's CR85 on a small tight mini-track. I have flipped this bike in second gear, I was walking it. That shows the power. I drag race my friend on a 250 Recon and I beat him every time. This bike will do very steep hill climbs. Overall, honda did a nice job.

This bike is the best there is for the line of 100s out there. It has great accleration and awesome speed. I have only had it for a short time, but it has never died, shut off, or broke down. I know what I am talking about when it comes to dirt bikes and I know this is a great bike for beginners and even pro riders. It pulls me up hills and I am not exactly the lightest person in the world, so get this bike.
