I BOUGHT THIS MODEL WHEN IT WAS FIRST INTRODUCED IN '04 AND CAN HONESTLY SAY I've ENJOYED EVERY MINUTE I've BEEN ON IT! THE BALANCED ENGINE IS SILKY SMOOTH AT 55 TO 65 M.P.H. AND HAS AMPLE POWER FOR MY RIDING STYLE (I'M 58 AND BEEN ON HARLEYS SINCE I WAS 13). I've REPLACED THE PIPES WITH A SET OF "RUSH" MUFFLERS AND IT SOUNDS GREAT...AS LONG THIS MODEL IS AVAILABLE ,I'LL HAVE ONE !!!! Show less

I love this bike. I am from the school of Harleys should come in only one color. BLACK! But after the Salesman rolled her out into the sun and the red started to sparkle in the sunlight. It was pure love! She belongs on long back hills roads. Were I can watch the clouds reflect in the beautiful chrome headlamp. She is a bit quiet. But then we can thank the EPA for that! I was going to buy a Street Glide. I made the better choice. I've lowered her and put a bare bones seat on. ( I like to sit close to the road) Next addition is a set of 16" Apes powder coated black to match the forks. And I have a set of FanTail exhuast tips stashed away to complete the nostalgic look.
