I've had this scooter for more than a year now and have no complaints. Being a larger rider, the size and suspension were important factors in my purchase and the Key West has not let me down! It is very capable even off the beaten path. Show less

I bought this thing because it caught my eye as soon as I walked into the dealer. It seemed larger than the other 49cc bikes. I got the 80cc upgrade done with a new racing clutch. This thing flies now! But before the mods it went about 37 mph; mind you that it was restricted at that time. I think it is a great quality ride. I get asked about it every where I go. I see people walking over to it while I'm in the coffee shop and just staring at it. Feels great to walk in to pay for gas after filling up and it being 6 bucks (premium). that's when people really start asking where and how much it was. I even got a compliment from the place where I got it upgraded. They said it was one of the best bikes to come through there in a long time. Also said some of their customers wanted to buy it when they saw it! I have a few grand in it now, with cover, mods, locks custom plate and helmet. I recommend it to any and everyone who I talk to about it. Show less

What can I say? Buy quality and get quality. The brakes are awesome. Stock is slow. De-restricted faster. Will be ordering a new exhaust then a 70cc big bore kit. Just ordered today, windshield for cold weather (ride from March to Nov in Maine). Ordered rear carrying rack as well. Lights work extremly well at night. Rear LED brake lights are super bright. Blinkers are loud so you know you left them on. Four way flashers. This scoot corners as well as any sport bike. Just can't ride enough. Keep up the good work TGB! Show less

I have had a few different scooters, but never had as many comments on the others as I have had with this one. I have several friends looking for one of their own this week. I ride on level road @ 45mph, 55 downhill, and 35 uphill. I am getting the 70cc kit in 2 weeks. I will keep ya updated. Show less

Six weeks and I am still very happy with the performance and overall quality of this TGB scooter. I love the smooth ride and cranking down on the throttle!! Excellent scooter. Show less

I love my 2007 Key West. I get about 40 mph and 90 mpg. The only problem I have is the tail light flickers off and the head light just went out after having only one week. But, the shop is going to fix that tomorrow. Show less

I have 200 miles on the scooter so far. It has been extremely reliable, and with the restrictor off has top speed around 45-50. This was a key factor in my decision to buy this scooter. The 2-stroke engine gets better speed than new 4-strokes from other brands. It was important to me to not get run down by faster auto traffic, and this scooter has lived up to promises.
