the air / oil cooled 865cc version (2009 up to 2019) are SUPER reliable and are still a high performance feel and a very sporty and accurately handling bike: it goes exactly where you want and has STRONG braking power if you come across one with 2 discs up front. this has been a superior handling and low maintenance and POWERFUL bike for me in the 15 years owning it and has only needed preventive maintenance done. Never had any major engine or transmission or ignition problem Show less

(is REALLY the same as a Speedmaster 865, what I've owned) This has been a great motorcycle all around, in every way, had very few corrective maintenance issues ever, in the 15 years of owning it, just regular preventive maintenance is all I've had to do 99% of the time, it's also good on gas yet is still very powerful and can BRAKE FAST ! 2 discs up front have PLENTY of stopping power. I own and have owned several bikes over the years. The Tiger 800Xcs is impressive in that it does it all. On the street or highway commute, coastal highway, or off road camping it has been a blast. Triumphs legendary triple cylinder engine performs no matter what you do with it. Even two up it’s got plenty of goose to get you going. It does well touring the highways and dives into the corners with ease, responsive throttle and breaking promotes confidence and thrill. Fully equipped - fog lights, heated grips, cruise control, off road engine guard,/package, fender extender, two power ports, 3 aluminum (Triumph) bags/trunk and more will cost a little more but you have all the trimmings for a great all around motorcycle. Off road the bike has multiple settings to release traction control, abs and set it up old school if you like. It’s the only thing I have issue with is that when you shut off the motor it defaults back to full traction control and abs. Otherwise - love the choices. Hard steering and peg riding comes intuitive for experienced riders. That being said, the traction control is a nice feature that helps avoid rear end spin out when off the line or in wet corners. I have had nothing but good times with this motorcycle. Lightweight, great power for the size, good mileage. Great look, get asked all the time what year it is with people expecting it to be a classic when it is a modern motorcycle. This bike is awesome, cruise control is super convenient, heated grips are helpful in the winter time or during early morning rides before it starts to warm up. Added the saddlebags to add storage for the longer rides. Three years of owning this bike and I love it. Show less

The 2020 Triumph Tiger 900 is perfectly balanced for the re-entry rider as well as the experienced rider. The triumph tiger is geared just right to be responsive on the highway and the right amount of low end torque for the off road situations. The ergonomics are designed for a comfortable long distance and designed to keep you protected from the wind. The Tiger 900 sturdy enough for the highway and nimble enough for the dirt. To me the tiger 900GT is the perfect bike for the rider that doesn't want to be limited by top heavy hard to balance adventure bikes. I always looked forward to riding it. Show less

Starts every time and sounds great for a parallel twin. Good power and handles nicely. Comfortable foot position for someone 6' tall. Nice array of parts to customize including performance parts. Overall a fun bike to ride. Show less

Solid bike all around. This bike is quick enough to keep you on your toes but handles tight enough to keep you out of trouble. This is a great bike for those long rides on back country or beach roads but has enough power to handle great on the highway as well. This one is surprisingly quick and handles very tight. The complements are unending when out on this bike. Show less
