I checked out a lot of bikes when I was looking to ride again, but when me and my wife walked onto the lot where the 2003 Spirit Roadmaster was, the search was over. Whenever I'm stopped somewhere, one or more people stop and look at it while most say what a great looking bike it is. It's definitely a head turner. On top of the looks, the ride is great. The 1442 cc engine has plenty of power and the ride couldn't be much better.

2003 Indian Motorcycle Spirit Deluxe

I have had mine for a year and a half now. The style and paint job is just amazing; this is one beautiful bike! The ride is relaxed and smooth but it lets you know at all times there is a big V-Twin under you. The exhaust note is deep and to me pleasant without being loud. The bike is not as...

The ride is relaxed and smooth but it lets you know at all times there is a big V-Twin under you. The exhaust note is deep and to me pleasant without being loud. The bike is not as refined as a Harley Softtail; the mirrors and handlebars are buzzy. Handling is just a touch better than Harley, as is acceleration. Comfort is again not as refined as Harley. Overall it's a good bike to ride and a great bike to look at.

2003 Ironworks Motorcycle Co. Wide Guy

I bought the motorcycle new from the Ironworks Company in September 2002. I have had good luck with my bike so far. The RevTech motor will foul out plugs if you don't watch how you start it. Other than a few minor problems like my tach and a speedometer going out on me, I have been pleased with...

2000 Ultra Cycles Ultra Ground Pounder

I bought a 2000 ultra ground pounder about 3 months ago and it is awesome. I've put over a thousand miles on it. It's a stiff ride to start but you get used to it. I've felt the power and I wouldn't hesitate to race any other bike out there. The only problems I've had with my bike is the stock...

I've felt the power and I wouldn't hesitate to race any other bike out there. The only problems I've had with my bike is the stock pet cock doesn't let enough gas flow to the carb which makes it starve the front cylinder for gas. I'm changing that this week. And do check the nuts and bolt because with the vibration from all the power they will come loose. I recommend everyone buy one today

Right after hearing this bike fire up, I was sold! Cost probably a little more than the Harley's I was looking at, but hey...... EVERYBODY has a Harley and only a FEW have the Indians. Even though they're out of business again, I'm still glad I bought it and enjoy all the people that awe over it....

Even though they're out of business again, I'm still glad I bought it and enjoy all the people that awe over it. Have only had a few minor problems with it. Has been a real crowd pleaser and it looks, performs and distinguishes itself everywhere we go.

I have owned this bike since 01 and put about 8-9000 miles on it. I have not had one problem with the bike in 3 years. It is exceptional. In addition, all the Harley riders have to stop and eyeball the machinery. I had it custom painted, and added V & H pipes. No one has a bike like mine. I...

First of all, it is an awesome bike. Second of all, too bad the warranty is pointless now that they're going under. Certainly a Kawasaki Drifter is no comparison but at least you can buy parts and have it serviced until you're too old to ride. Also, with the $20,000+ saved buying the metric bike...

First of all, it is an awesome bike. Second of all, too bad the warranty is pointless now that they're going under. Certainly a Kawasaki Drifter is no comparison but at least you can buy parts and have it serviced until you're too old to ride. Also, with the $20,000+ saved buying the metric bike you and your old lady can take a couple of cruises and still have extra spending money when you return. I love my Indian and wouldn't trade it for anything but I DO have just as much fun on my Drifter and I didn't waste the extra $$$ again. It's all a matter of pride (or should I say arrogance). Too bad we've all swallowed the Harley lie, that all good bikes should be ridiculously expensive. PS: Promote motorcycling; WEAR A HELMET

I've put over 600 miles on my Spirit in one month. No runs, no drips, no errors. On top of that it's so darn good looking! This bike gathers a crowd every time it's parked. Harleys are great bikes also, but their common. Grab a piece of American history and ride on..."find your own...

This is one awesome bike. I have ridden Harley's and others, but in my opinion this bike has the best combination of beauty, power and ease of handling at both slow speeds and on the highway. I have put over 500 miles on it in just over a week, and I still can't stop grinning every time I get on...

I have put over 500 miles on it in just over a week, and I still can't stop grinning every time I get on it. For a big bike it's user friendly. The low center of gravity makes it easy to balance, and the amazing, smooth power makes it a joy to ride.
