Chinese electric scooters are now in what I call phase two. Phase one (2007 - 2009) was terrible - controllers burnt up, chargers quit, batteries went dead and support was hopeless. But now they've fixed most of the major shortcomings and are quickly becoming viable players in the scooter market. I did a lot of research (check out V is for Voltage) and then ordered mine online from Advanced Electric Scooters. The only flaw with mine was a throttle that was extremely sensitive in the middle of the range. I replaced it with an aftermarket unit for only $9 which cured the problem. Still, it's best to think of it as a scooter kit that you finish out. If you are electrically and mechanically inclined, this could be for you. Membership in the EV club for less than $2K? Where else are you going to find that? I love mine. No moving parts. It's the closest thing to a magic carpet I have ever ridden. Once you experience the smooth, quiet whoosh, you'll never go back.

2009 Pitster Pro MXR 110R E-Start Minicross Racer

I was looking for a motorcycle that my 9 year old could grow into without a clutch that still had plenty of suspenion and travel. I looked at the klx110 and Yamaha but wasn't impressed. The Polaris place sold the Pitster Pro but I was skeptical of a chinese off brand. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! The...

The motor is very fast and handles great. The suspension is top notch and quality is too. If I have any questions the dealer is right there to help me and so is Pitster Pro. I am very happy and would reccomend them to any one.

2007 Pitster Pro 125X4

This pit bike is flat-out sweet! Very fast right out of the box. Unless you are a mechanic it is best to have it assembled by a professional. Once assembled, she started right up. The quality matches that of the major manufacturers like Honda, KTM and Suzuki. I highly recommend this bike to...

2006 Pitster Pro 125X2R

This bike is very nice. I know what everybody says about pit bikes and other import tuners and how they're cheap, under-powered, and slow. This Pitster Pro is race ready but in a cheaper package. It is also very nimble for a 4-stroke which I like because I've always had 2-strokes. This is just a...

Super strong chromoly frame, sealed precision greased bearings in swingarm, incredible suspension you will NOT bottom out, oil cooler, gpx/jialing 4 up engine, adjustable risers on tripple clamp, steel braided lines, gripper seat, and aluminum wheels with heavy duty spokes. This bike is just incredible. I was going to buy a Kawasaki 110 or Honda CRF50 but after checking all the bikes out there was NO COMPARISON. The Pitster blows the competition away. I have jumped this bike and there is no way you are going to bottom out this suspension. The gpx/jialing engine shifts smoother than any Honda and is super fast. This bike hauls! If you have read stories about other imports, don't you apply the same info to the Pitster! The dealer support cannot be beat! Go ride one and you'll see it's the best bike you can buy for the money and is truly RACE READY right out the box!
