The brand new Laser 6 I just bought has an auto trans and no power...at all.
It is not a moped at all! It is a heavy scooter with pedals.
It cannot climb even the smallest of hills.
It is limited to 25 mph by the CDI box.
I gave up and junked it at 250 miles.

I gave up and junked it at 250 miles.
Right away,Nearly everything was loose or maladjusted.
Chain was so tight as to ruin parts.
It scored a 3 for comfort,until the seat welds broke.
Rear axle bent on second ride.
Transmission shifts up so early the weak little engine can barely pull it.
Right as the engine starts to run half decent, and finally pull top gear...The CDI limits it.
The frame is WAY HEAVY...but not in a good way.
Tires too...way heavy.
Brake forces are way heavy.
The carb is basically garbage.
The air filter is fake.(does not seal/filter...)
AVOID AVOID AVOID LASER 6 MOPED!
