With the rebates Suzuki has been offering, this machine is the best buy out there! It rides great, yet handles well. It reminds me of my old Valkyrie. It's long wheel base makes a comfortable time on long trips. The Boulevard is highly customizeable. It's the most powerful stock V Twin I have ever seen. Mine's the same color as the picture.

When I decided to start riding again after a 15-year hiatus, I wanted a bike that would keep up with the "Big Boys" but classic enough for a man approaching his 50's. The C109RT is exactly that bike. It is the true classic cruiser, comfortable, powerful, a constant eye catcher. My wife rides with me and finds the bike very comfortable. I like the 5-gallon tank, wide profile and awesome braking system. I did find myself really pressing against that big rear tire at first, but that is no longer an issue.

I can't say enough on this bike, comfort is great and packs on a punch when the throttle is wide open. Quality and workmanship is excellent. Only one complaint is my wife says her legs are too far up so a pair of rear floorboards should cure that. Just remember only to fill the oil up to the low mark on the dipstick or you'll have a puddle on the ground.

With this bike you will be at the front of the pack! I also had a c-50 and it was nice! But when riding with friends they would cruise around 70, 80 you know??? That little bike sounded tight and I figured after a wile it would take its toll on it so I traded it in on this one and it just idles at these speeds! I love it! If you park it by your friends Heritage, it makes the Heritage look small! The back tire is cool! It would fit on my truck!I disliked the factory pipes! I went with hard chrome strippers - sounds cool!

I traded in my C50 for the C109RT after 4 years of riding it. First off, the C109Rt rides great; big differance in power and brake performance, especially with my wife riding with me. The C50 had to work on hills and the brakes required a lot of fore-thought. On the C109RT, I don't even feel a differance with a passanger. Tons of acceleration, I'm more comfortable, and best of all, the wife is comfortable so she rides with me more often. Two things of note though: 1. The first turn out of the dealer, I kept trying to lean; man, that fat back tire just din't want to do it. After a couple of blocks I didn't even notice it. 2. If you get one, it doesn't like gravel AT ALL. Watch the linked brakes, if you get too much on the rear brake pedal alone, the fronts are activated and you'll go down. And when you go over, you won't be able to stop it unless you have solid footing due to the weight. Nice and gentle and that back tire will stabilize you quite well.

I wanted something to capture my mind and my body. This bike demands my attention. The looks, the size, the comfort, and the power are desirable. I went looking and Suzuki delivered. I'm not picky so the complaints of the other reviews are non-existence here. This is my first cruiser. A few years ago I owned a 1995 Yamaha YZF 1000. The C109RT is very satisfying. Not many people own one so I feel good knowing I'm the biggest, best looking, most powerful and comfortable bike on the road. I have the black and gray with plenty of chrome, lol.

I had a Boulevard M50 for 13 days; just couldn't take the lack of power. I happily traded it in on a C109RT and have never looked back. This thing is smooth, comfortable, and fast - not that I would exceed the 55-mph speed limit, mind you ;-) From 1st to 2nd gear, the thing shifts like a truck. It's not as bad as the M109 but it's still very noticeable. But for a big bike, this thing pulls like a freight train. It's actually kind of funny. When you look at it you wouldn't expect the performance but when you twist that throttle...look out. Please don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to chase down a Hyabusa (but then again who is?) but for a V-Twin cruiser, it scoots. The riding position is very comfortable. The handlebar feels good. It did take a couple of days to get used to the 240mm rear tire. As mentioned in all the reviews, it felt like you fought it in the cornering. I don't even notice it now.
