Definitely as cool looking as anything that came out of the '80s.. Decent power (they raced them you know...) about 70HP stock as I recall. no shortage of get up and go, but scary handling... The forks are way too spindly for a bike that size... and it is a big bike for a 750. I am a tall guy (6'5") ... read more

The forks are way too spindly for a bike that size... and it is a big bike for a 750. I am a tall guy (6'5") and I always feel the bike fits me well. Overall, I would say it is a borderline classic, and I have no plans to sell mine. (although I think it needs the legs off of a newer sportbike to really make me happy)

It was 1984 and the bike had 4800 miles on it. It was in perfect condition, fast, comfortable, good looking, every thing that makes you fall in love with a bike. I haven't been riding for a few years, but I expect to purchase my next bike within a week; either a Shadow Spirit or a A.C.E. Deluxe. But in the bo... read more

I haven't been riding for a few years, but I expect to purchase my next bike within a week; either a Shadow Spirit or a A.C.E. Deluxe. But in the bottom of my tool box sits the manual for the 1979 Honda CB 750F, I don't think I'll ever toss it......
