This thing is a rocket in a straight line, Softail chassis makes it very desirable with matching good looks, power and reliability. If you like ripping through town, and chasing sports bikes on the highway, you will be able to keep up, or if you want to just cruise around in style this is a great bike. The big 240 rear tire does make turns and low speed maneuvers quite challenging, but that is okay! Brakes as with all Harley Davidsons needs some upgrades if you really want to tear up the pavement safely. Tight response and easy leaning come standard even with this much weight. I loved mine, put 10,000 miles on it in just a couple years with no permanent damage to my body! Show less

This bike has been my mid-life crisis bike; and, my first HD. Great bike to cruise around town and even in the mountains. If you're looking for a first time bike, it's lighter and smaller and a great starter bike. If you're not, but just want something smaller, this is also your bike. Show less

I have logged over 350,000 miles "behind the bars" on 29 different motorcycles since the summer of '61. Hoggy, my beloved 2019 Harley Road King, was bike number 28. When it comes to anything motorcycle, buying, touring, camping, fixing, restoring and selling I really do kinda- sorta, know what I'm talking about. When I was sales manager for a motorcycle company in Portland, Oregon I sold, took in trade and test rode probably 300 bikes; accordingly, you can trust my experience. What I like most about my 2019 Road King is really everything. First off, its the handling and the ride. Hoggy is my 3rd Road King and my 5th Harley and I must say that I don't know what they did to the '19 but it handles like a sport bike. Its is so smooth and corners so much better than any Harley I have owned. When I bought the bike in late 2018 I could still put in a 400-500 mile day (and did). The bike inhales pavement and seems to make short of long distances. The Road King does not have a big hunk of plastic hanging off the front end making it lighter up there for quicker handling. The Road King is the real Harley, its what other models really come from. Its what the cops use almost everywhere except on the west coast. And so secondly, I'd say it looks like a Harley. The 2 fog lights around the huge headlight and the classic windshield give it that l940's - 50's look: you know: Marilyn Monroe, Coca-cola, rock Show less

This is the best touring bike I have ever had. Since the farring is attached to the frame and the steering turns directly to the front wheel without the farring movement, it slices through the wind. You can pass a semi at 75 mph and you don’t get blown around. Total different feel than my previous Ultra Classic. Best suspension it really absorbs the bumps. Show less

I purchased this 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic a few years ago. I've always loved working on my bike, adding accessories, adding cams for performance upgrades and otherwise fully enjoying it. I've invested over $8,500.00 beyond the original purchase price to make one of the best performing and most beautiful motorcycles I've owned, 13 motorcycles in 50 years. I've been at it for quite some time. The new M8 engine from Harley was quite the technical upgrade from the Moco and the only down side was the exhaust note. There wasn't any. I've owned 3 different Roadking models. 2001 2010 and finally the 2019 that I bought new. The bike is solid and smooth and powerful even stock. I've had no breakdowns on any of my Roadkings. Never stranded. Routine maintenance is easy to do at home if you're mechanical. I've enjoyed the 2019 and pit 26k miles on her so far with zero problems even after having g the stage 3 installed it still runs perfectly and has had zero issues. Show less

I've owned 3 Roadking bikes over the years. No other Harley gives you the comfort and plush ride quite like this model. You get all comfort without having a permanent fixed fairing stuck to you bike. 20 seconds and the quick detach windshield is off. Just as easy to put it back on. You get two bikes in one with the roadking. Great bike like I said I've owned 3 of em. A 2001 a 2010 and a 2019 currently. Get one you will NOT be disappointed! Show less
